The americans only ? I live in France and i have exactly the same problem.
The doctors are either not aware of the problem or they think that parasitic helminths are not dangerous for the human body.

It is a collective hysteria, i tell you. Most people and doctors have accepted to name a set of annoying symptoms a "disease", but they rarely try to find and get rid of the real cause(s) which produce these annoying symptoms (parasitic worms, others harmful organisms, harmful substances, deposits and crystals in organs, deficiencies, lack of movement, lack of oxygen, lack of sun exposition, lack of rest)
We have the technology to have a clean body, to be well nourrished, to feel well and be happy but many humans are becoming more and more sick, ignorant, incompetent.
This is at the same time a great age and a tragic age to live in.
