Selenium is one of many items that helps against Hg poisoning. I started my experiments by taking a yeast-based selenium supplement, but that did me harm :o
Go after selenomethionine or methylselenocysteine.
Yeast-based selenium has traces of elemental selenium in it, and that will mess yew up!
Jarrow formulas has a supp called 'selenium synergy', it might be up your alley.

Trapper's on the ball though, just plain get 'em out.
Use time in prayer, too. It's really scarey getting info that something in you is horridevilevilevil, especially when you hear a person's passionate rant about it...
But if you're trusting in Jesus, he's got you covered. :)
A lot of awful stuff has happened to me in the past related to the Amalgams (health and mentalhealth wise), but miracles have happened too :o
