in order to mitigate mercury fillings still in place:

1. breathe in through the nose with mouth shut, breathe out through the mouth. force a habit.

2. no chewing. this means pressure and grinding on the teeth, not moving the jaw bone. do not neglect to move the jaw up and down, even with juice, to deliver saliva to the mix. juice a lot for fresh fruit and veg.

3. eats and drinks at room temp or colder. no heat in the mouth!

4. dont rest until they are all out
