Look at zinc / copper balance. Often implicated in skin problems.

In my limited knowledge (but long term on this forum) I'd say that perhaps your lymphatic system as well as your liver is struggling to detox efficiently. Liver Cleanses is a good start.

Oh and do you drink a lot of water? needs to be bottled / distilled.

Dairy is a big problem for many and cause congestion in the lymphatic system (do you ever get phlegm upon rising in the throat / sinuses?)

What about saunas? i use these 3 x weekly
