I should have been clearer; most of us AF'ers salt our food and take additional salt right? It has been one of the biggest components of my recovery.

I have also followed Dr Batmanghelij's "Water Cure" for a long time and find his work revolutionary. My AF is better now but I wouldn't say I was recovered so I still have to be very careful about dehydration / electrolyte loss.

Suffice to say if I drink too much liquid i get more dehydrated so I still add quality Sea Salt to 500ml bottles of water depending on my need. I will continue using Sea Salt liberally.

Anybody stopped adding salt once the'r AF impoved?
