It never shows on xray.
Google Hal Huggins and call them-they will get you a dds to work with.
I would suggest a pano xray, cavitat and eav.
FYI-take a very close look at the xray-I would be you can see empty spaces and shadows that are infection.http://hugginsappliedhealing.com/contact.php
