How much oil did you use? The oil should not dissolve in your mouth. You should swish it around for 10-20 minutes on an empty stomach and spit it out, and then proceed to rinse a few more times and spit out any extra that's still left. Followed by a glass of water. 1-1.5 tbsp is a good amount to use. Extra virgin and raw only. You can still OP even with excess saliva.
