It took me 6 years to figure out what was bothering me! I am pretty sensitive, and now can tell if I've eaten something where safflower oil is the last ingredient! But, if I avoid those things, I have NO problems with my face. I was red pretty much all the time for 6 year, between sesame oil, whole grains, and grape seed oil.
