Definitely, talk to your doctor. There's not telling if Mirena is rsponsible, but a lot of people are blaming it for various issues, some very serious. In 2009, the FDA publicly accused and reprimanded Bayer for downplaying the risks of this IUD while exaggerating benefits. I tried to link you to a comprehensive article, but the site won't allow it.
