A lot of us get lower stomach acid as we get older. Traditional Doctors tell us here that you have more stomach acid as you get older. This is not true. It is the undigested food that causes the problem. Using enzymes correctly requires being careful. If you have no burn then add one additional enzyme pill until to feel a slight discomfort and then back up one pill. You are then using the enzymes correctly for digestion purposes. You may already know this but hopefully this post will help others.
