B12, B6, and B1 are marked as important cofactors of eachother- and TBH I felt the strongest results of B12 supplementation (methylcobalamine, sublingually) when using the cofactors alongside. I've ordered adb12 home this month already ;)
It's been surprising, I haven't had to use a full b12 1,000 mg dose to feel the effects - leaving a 250 mg cutdown under the upper lip while lazing in the spa last monday rushed my bloodsugar down pretty fast.
(type 1 diabetic)
Is it possible that there are limitations to how much b12 are absorbable or can be metabolized, when cofactors are lacking?
I think cobalt is one of the minerals quickly depleted by destructive halides like Hg (mercury)?
I've noted the blood-sugar lowering effect of sublingual b-12 several times now, but I can't figure if it's helping induce brief insulin production, or aiding insulin activity in the cells.
Possible it's both, since it's a re-myelinating agent.
