High doses of Lugol's Iodine (100mg -180mg) fro a month and a years of 10 drops, almost daily of Nascent made be very exhausted...I used to run 3 miles a day and now I am too tired to..have stopped taking Iodine about 10 days ago, still have muscle aches, kidney aches, insomnia, frequent urination, headaches, dizziness, pimples...I have no illness and now I am very tired...I do not think Iodine is good for healthy individuals...In my opinion and experience, Lugol's Iodine is a TOXIC supplement
