can I premix it and take it with me while I am at work.. also, because I am taking it for herpes.. how will I know when it is cured, as my breakouts are less frequent as I have been infected for over 10 years now.. I usually get them when I am stressed or on my periods.. so maybe wait til I don't get them on or before or after my period.. Just want to know exactly how long to wait. And once I have not had a break out does that mean I never have to do it again. Or do I have to take it once a week or something like that! Thank you for your information, very useful!!
