I think it's a combination of living in the northeast where things are extra stressful,plus a stressful past,plus getting older and possible health issues...but I'm pretty much freaking out at this point and can't really deal with anymore stress now and have been lashing out all over the place.

I can see I'm on a path to destruction unless I can somehow try and steer things in a different direction.

I'm getting stress at home,stress from work,stress from family and there's nowhere I can turn for peace. I try and relax whenever possible but it's apparently not enough because that keeps getting interrupted with more stress!

I'm not sure how much a person is supposed to be able to handle but I feel like I need to be diagnosed with something so maybe people will back off!
