Birds of a feather like to flock together. Jews have their faith as a common denominator, so they like to associate with each other. Both in their private life and in business.
I don't see anything wrong with that.

There are many groups of people that enjoy each other:
* Conservatives
* Liberals
* Oriental
* Blacks
* Muslims

It is just natural for people to seek and associate with their groups.
