Certain oils like extra virgin olive oil or hemp oil act as an anti-inflammatory and are very healthy for cancer patients. I don't think it's fair to discriminate against all oils and compare them to the processed, hydrogenated, Genetically-Modified-Organisms garbage that is found in most packaged foods.
