No that was not a good idea. After a fast
you should slowly get back to eating. The flush stimulates bile and because of the fasting you did not have enough bile. Make sure you drink enough water so you don't dehydrate. Often people feel sick because
they are dehydrated, I have read over the years if people drank enough water on the day of the flush they did not get sick.
This last is an observation over several years.
