I also, took 10 drops (almost on a daily bases) of Nascent for a year and 4 months..basically, I ingested 5oz or more (unsure, estimating) of Lugol's Iodine and I am totally healthy (run 3 miles daily) and now I am too tire to run...I just think natural Iodine is better for me...I always had lots of Iodine rich foods such as seaweed and fish growing up...maybe, I am not Iodine deficient...and too much of any supplement can be toxic...
