yes you can feel them moving
humaworm and Clarkia are both good
it's also a good idea to rotate remedies
start with a lower than recommended dose if you
aren't sure whether you can handle the herxing
movement is a good sign, it means the remedy is working
but you don't want too many to move too fast
trial and error to find the dose that is right for you
no pain no gain
to much pain is dangerous
