I've been researching some of my posts that I made about the time I C/T from ativan to Valium and see an exact replica of what I'm going through now.

blurred vision

constant memory blips and feeling like I'm blacking out
feeling like I'm going to pass out
severe nausea
anxiety/racing mind
joint pain
pain in back/adrenal area

food allergies

dehydration
Depression due to not being able to be with friends that much and work"

As I didn't really C/T but did more of a C/T taper, at least I know for sure this is my gaba system screaming for a break. I know this doesn't have to be repeated... but when in a freak out mode like i am right now, it's good to have that peace of mind.
