Are you taking digestive enzymes? They do help especially Betaine HCL by Integrative Therapeutics to keep down acidity. Also, I used a product by Integrative Therapeutics with L-glutamine HCL and Curcumin. Supposed to be for leaky gut and today was my best day since October. Seems to be working and my bowels were opened today and what a relief. Now, I am angry and I say be very quiet as I am hunting Parasites.
