That is interesting. I was not aware that flaxseed is a source of ALA. I thought broccoli and spinach are the biggest commonly consumed sources.
Cutler does not tell people to not eat foods high in ALA but he does warn people to be aware of possible sensitivity to high thiol/sulfur foods.

Some people need to restrict intake of high thiol foods when taking generous doses of ALA.
