On and off ? I guess I don't understand. How can you do in a single day "on and off" ? Take it in the morning then , not in the afternoon ? Is that what you mean by on and off ?

If not and you have days where you don't take any at all, then are those days the "off" time you wrote about ?

If so, then you cannot be taking it daily. Do you see where I'm coming from ?
