I had this problem with my last child. I ended up using gentian violet on the both of us. I got her powdered probiotics for infants, gave that to her in a small bottle of water. Get yourself some probiotics, the bigger the better. Cut back on the sugar, wheat, stick with veggies and meat.

Ask the doctor about treating you with diflucan. I can't remember if I took that or not. Candida is suppose to be there, not just in an overgrown state. Beat it back by starving it and probiotics. IMO
