I have tried the Lugol's Iodine protocol --10mg, on and off, for a year and this past month 100mg to 150mg also some applied topically with all the co-supplements and now I am totally against it....it may work for people with illness but for healthy people like me, it seems like a toxic poison...I have substitute with Barefoot's Mineral Rich Natural Tree Iodine Syrup/PICA Minerals
