If you don't like straight up seaweed you can put it into food. I just helped theseaweedman from Maine Seaweed create a cook book of yummy recipes to make with seaweed.

My ABSOLUTE favorite is the DLT Dulse Lettuce and Tomato sandwich...When you lightly saute Dulse in coconut oil it makes the Dulse taste like bacon...When I first heard about it I are them for a week straight! Sooo yummy! So see, seaweed doesn't have to taste bad :)
