imagine running out of breath. imagine not being able to quite catch your breath for a long period of time. consistent agitation leads to frustration and eventual capitulation. its just the way things are. youre just getting old.

i believe Iodine to be one of the basic key ingredients for life as a human. its as basic and essential as oxygen and water and sugar. imagine the capitulation to poor health after a lifetime of Iodine deficiency.

this is why the psyche receives so much relief soon into supplementing Iodine in a meaningful way. old issues seem more resolved. new issues do not seem so overwhelming. life is... easier.
