... every time I think of the literal meaning of 'shit', and the way people are using it as an adjective, I snortgiggle. ;)

I just ran across a post in the ask curezone section, a little related. A person with bloodsugar swings in on an 'eat every hour' diet, and is taking Epsom Salt baths, and is getting wild cravings for foods that are off his or her approved foods list.

... I also had awful brainfog and gooey mouth (I associate this with candida overgrowth) when I last used Epsom Salts . Those symptoms usually come the day after using that stuff, though.

I have found that Mg Malate and Mg Taurate are really the only ones that don't give me that reaction, but even Mg Malate ends up giving me the overgrowth (biofilmic activity) after a while.

I switched to Mg Taurate this year, and it's been a lot kinder. The amino acid binding seems to work against candida trying to metabolize it, and the aborbancy rate is reportedly 100%, in comparison to Mg taurate, Mg oxide, etc, where most of it is metabolized by the gut flora.

It's a simplified version of events, but I've tried to think it through this way..
