I doubt there is any harm, I have consumed all urine while fasting up to 19 days and I find for the first week I have water instead of bowel movements then it stops. When eating I also have looser bowels. Try it for a month and see how you feel. Then just two cups or three a day for a month. Experiment and listen to your boday.
