Thanks Ginagirl - I have started taking Boron myself so will start the kids on it too then. How much is good dosage for them? Also I found such conflicting info on dosages of Iodine for kids - Dr Brownstein only suggests .25mg per kilo - this is only 4.25mg for my 5yo and 7.25mg for my 9yo. This seems a cautious approach and I am mindful that I myself did a lot better on higher dosages rather than the small. So what would be appropriate for them, currently I am giving 6.25mg for my 5yo and 12.5 for my 9yo?
