perhaps it DOES! what if it is always "hungup" energy and it keeps repeating and getting stuck b/c of some emotion (energy) that you have not permanently released? it continues to present itself to you in this way for you to recognize it. perhaps try working with the cramp, guiding the energy out with the technique thegreenmathdr explains, while simultaneously embracing it lovingly and compassionately in the mind as a tool that protected you in some way in the past, but is no longer necessary.
