Yeah, make sure it has Acidophilus + Bifidus. I was also eating Probiotic yogurts after each meal too, I don't remember what brand but as long as it's probiotic you should be good.

I don't see why this would work for me and no one else, I think some people are just scared because possibly nothing else worked for them.

If you read the Science behind what a dirty gut is and what I told you to get does it only makes sense it would cure FBO.

Btw I forgot if I told you this so I'll just repeat it lol...

My FBO was HORRIBLE, on the container it says to eat 1 with each meal, I was taking around 6
