Hi guys, I have some questions:
1. Can I do the oil pulling every morning, even during fasts or cleanses? Such as kidney cleanse?
2. There are some things that I should take on empty stomach, does taking them after oil pulling still count?
3. What should I know about kidney cleanse? I am doing it tommorow, with lemon juice/olive oil. I have not found that much about it.
4. Are there any foods or anything I should avoid during kidney cleanse (lemon/olive oil combo) ?
5. I take salt that has Iodine in it, can I take it even during kidney cleanse?
