Well, if one under-eats on a vegan diet, they will surely come down with all the symptoms that a lot of people think is "AF" because "adrenal fatigue" is just a made-up diagnosis by alternative medicine that's actually a misdiagnosis of prolonged calorie-restriction--that's why they have the same exact symptoms--and if you look at all the people at this forum who are knocking the vegan diet, the one's who got sick when on some kind of vegan diet were also calorie-restricting at the time, further supporting the evidence that "AF" is really starvation.
