Just seen this sorry. I probably took around 50/60 in total. I was actually cured a week after using them so I probably took about 30 then, and then I carried on taking them because FBO left me with paranoia. Eventually I threw the rest away cause I was cured.

My diet consists of chicken, fish, pasta, a lot of fat foods like Pizza (shamefully, I'm skinny though) and I always eat LOADS of vegetables with almost every meal.

My diet from before FBO, having FBO and after hasn't changed at all. I've ate the same since a kid.

In the UK it costs like £10 in the US I'm guessing like $18.

PLEASE buy it, I'm urging you to, it changed my life. I hope you read the thread I linked you to.
