I have done coffee enemas daily for over 2 years and find them invaluable. It is important to ask your practitioner his thoughts on the minerals, but it's also important to look at your ratios. Some toxic minerals can cause the macrominerals to decline, too. So perhaps you have been dumping some toxic ones, based on your last test result. Check in with your dr.

I've been doing NB for over 4 years, and I don't get too concerned about test results anymore. I know things change, and it's all part of getting well.
