Take a sitz bath with Epsom Salt by Sitting in a smaller plastic tub in the bathtub filled with warm to hot water. Add the Epsom Salt and add 3 dropperfuls of Black-Walnut tincture...do this 3-4 times a day. Don't poke it and drain it..it could cause an infection. I got rid of mine by doing the sitz baths with Epsom Salts and Black-Walnut tincture :)
