good seeing you post here because your testimony was one of the stories that inspired me to jump to 50mg. Today i am feeling a little more fatigued. hopefully this is just a detox reaction and will go away but i plan on staying at 50 for a few weeks before going up.

I have been taking my k2mk4 and d3 twice a day. I take Carlson's and 5000iu d's(10,000ius per day.) I was getting strange reactions from d by itself (hyper, unsure of myself, slight depression, lethargy, etc.) but the symptoms have gone since adding K2. I think my high d intake was causing a K deficiency
