I did professional colonics which are really good for cleaning out the old stuff and mucus etc, Only thing is they can cost like $100 per visit. An enema is different to a colonic in that the water flows using gravity not with assistance of a machine. You can buy cheap enema bags from pharmacy's etc. good luck
