Did you by chance get the tea? It is spendy, I know, but it does help! Tremendously! There would be nights that I would have a headache from all day, and finally get to sit down and have some and it would take my headache away quite quickly! Because I am so small I did not take the usual dose of four ounces but found that two did the trick.
