Yes, I have read that you can do that and just see how your body does at first, then as you progress you can add more!

If it makes you feel any better I am 5 3 and 110 pounds. My husband though, is 6 1 and 230 pounds, and I think that because I am smaller that I felt die off more then he did, and on this second cleanse, I felt next to nothing, but he was sicker (I have read that humaworm kills in layers) but on the bright side....they did die!

Keep us updated on how you are doing! Will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers! If you psyching yourself out, just know, you have to make a choice on choosing health, and sometimes we get sicker before better, and thats okay!!
