I am going to jump in here too and say I am doing great now on 100mg. I had terrible detox symptoms with the small dosages too, they seemed to stir up stuff and that's about it. I went to 50mg with great trepidation and immediately felt better. I started to get some detox about a week in - just fatigue and a bit of a sore throat, so I stopped for two days then started back at 100MG! Yes I am on 100mg and feeling pretty good. Some strange little detox symptoms here and there but nothing I can't manage as yet so yes I too would recommend the higher dosages :-)
