HI! I have been following the protocol for the rope worm cleanse and like you, I can't believe the amount of stuff that has come out! Incredible! I am currently on round two of the three enemas. My question is, how many rounds did it take before you felt like you had 'conquered' them?

On a happy note, my food sensitivities and brain fog are significantly better! Yeah!
