Thank you so much for a clear explanation. I am trying to find the best dose for daily living and to dissolve a large uterine fibroid tumor. If I take more than 300mg I get overwhelmed with detox symptoms. 225mg give me warm hands and very little detox on a normal day. Today is going to be busy so am planning 250mg. I take a little each hour throughout the day and am logging my progress. Taking more on the weekend when I can take many salt doses each day. Thank you again for your expertise!
