I forgot about my temps. They usually are 36'6° C. But may times they are lower. Sometimes at my worst days 35°.

Also we tested positive for Epstein Varr and Citomegalovirus. At some point in our lifes.

Someone just sugested me that maybe low carb is one of the problems.

I take intoconsideration all the ideas. I haveseen that some people says is better for AF's a high carb diet.

But My glucosa levels were worst when I ate more carbs. And my digestion problems too.

I think I have to fix whatever is making me not able to tolerate carbs and the eat a moderate carb diet.

I do eat potatoes most days. Vegs and fruits. Healthy fats. Meat, eggs and fish.
