well, you kinda hafta go figger.

i am still playing with potassium. it certainly helps the heart.

salt is something that you eat at will. if you dont need it, it wont taste good.

IMAM is a good way to salt up. i double the potassium chloride in it from 1/2 tsp to a full one.
