Yeah!!

Most days we were just exhausted, and felt off. Some days I had tummy trouble and needed to poop....a lot!

There was a week, where I developed a fever for three days...and I new that it was because I was not pooping as well as I could of been and that there was something in there that needed to pass until finally one night it came out and bam! My fever broke, but I did feel weak for that whole week, then more tiredness, feeling off.

I did just feel depressed, which is a symptom of die off...which seems to be common among people who I know take it...my friends whole family did it, and they felt the same so just know this may be coming!!

I also felt depressed mostly because I started to feel them moving around in my body. That is honestly, not a pleasant feeling! BUT I did remind myself frequently that this was a good thing because they were dying!

My husband took it at the same time, and did not get sick the way that I did. Well, no, he did throw up a couple times, but I TRULY truly think that that was more because his job is demanding and he did not drink hardly any water on the days that he threw up. SO, drink, drink, and drink more water! Like, LOTS of water!

Our children did it as well. I would not be surprised if you get headaches, or other things, you body is affected differently. Everyone's is, so what is your normal may be different from my normal. This second cleanse went by much smoother then the first. Still sad feelings, but we knew where it was coming from, and why so it was better.

OH! Also, the first cleanse, we got LOTS of those prickly sharp pains randomly throughout our body, like something was coming out of our skin...I did here that this could be common among everyone, so there is that!
