Im beginning to see why i have so many symptoms of tingling, itching when detoxing on and off for many years now. I used to think it was all down to histamine/toxin release but im seeing things differently now. After Liver Cleanses I get major tingling skin (low sodium or other electrolytes?).

I too have been detoxing copper for 2 years since a mineral hair analysis test. Its been majorly difficult at times. I also get psoriosis and insomnia when dumping copper. I just have been way too lax at keeping on top of my electrolyte levels whilst detoxing.
