Thank you for the information. I include Iodine in my supplements and eat kelp. I haven't heard about the use of peptaises or peptides. A search came up with skin care products so could you elaborate on what you mean by peptaises? Is that a supplement/enzyme you take?

I know inflammation and AGEs (advanced glycation end products)are a real source of problems and try to eliminate foods that contribute to their formation.

I'm continuing with my fast on day 11 feeling up and down, but ok, a little chest tenderness. Still wondering if there is any symptom of low electrolytes.
