I just found it super confusing yesterday to read all this "personal anger" between the lines.

I ve actually been on Dr. Lams website (its a man with asian background right?. It had a looooooooooooooot of information and it was all "for free"... u could even ask him questions (which didnt really succeed in my case ). I found it weird (probably coz of all the informations that were for free) untill i found the "hook"... all the supplements. I knew there has to be a hook haha .... I ve read some of his articles. They were interesting but also sooooooooooooooooo much to read. I guess i ll go back there once in a while.

So did i understand u right that u took some of his supplements but since u were taking other "meds" it got worse?
